As much as possible, host would like to meet all guests at pick up and drop off, but maybe unavoidable from time to time due to schedule conflict. In this case we will make arrangements with our guests and discussed in advance. Failing to report any incidents may result in additional fee ($20 non refundable convenience fee) plus the amount of the ticket and other administrative fee, if any. Smoking and pets: In order to maintain the vehicles cleanliness, protect those who has some sensitivity or allergies, and avoid potential damage, smoking and/or pets are not permissible. There will be a $750 cleaning fee for any smoke, animal hair or odors. Additional detailing fee may apply dependent on condition. Cleaning: Please return the vehicle in the same condition as received, to include removing any trash and cleaning up any spills or messes.(excessive dirt will cost a $750 cleaning fee). Additional detailing fee may apply dependent on condition. Fuel: PREMIUM GAS ONLY. We strive to ensure our vehicles stays in its excellent condition and avoid damages to the engine. Please ensure to only put in premium fuel. *******Host may ask for a copy of the gas receipt as proof of premium gas purchase. ******Please have your receipt ready. Unless you have previously pre-paid for fuel, please return the vehicle at the same fuel level as when it was delivered to you to avoid additional fees. (The cost of filling the tank up to full tank, plus convenience will be charged to you). Toll charges: It is preferable to have all guest pay for tolls upfront at the booth or carry their own EZPass, but at times it is unavoidable or inconvenient. For convenience, a transponder is mounted in the vehicle and available for use at $20 convenience fee per trip , plus the cost of the toll/s incurred (invoice will be provided). This also may include administrative fees, if incurred. (Any damage directly attributable during your trip Maybe charged to you in accordance to Turo policies and guidelines). Late pick up and returns: We value your time, as we know you have places to be and people to see. So we strive to ensure we get to you on time. Please be mindful and ask to consider ours as well. Please arrive on time and communicate any delays in advance to avoid any additional fees. Additional fees: Penalties or fees (up to 1 additional daily rate- per day ) in some cases maybe up to $150 per day for failing to communicate in advance about any delays.
