This was my first Turo rental and my experience was exceptional. The car was nice, neat and drove smooth. The customer service was excellent as well.

Pick up and drop-off were seamless. A good demonstration in contactless trips. Ashok is highly and quickly responsive. The car rides well and is quite good on gas. I also appreciated the unlimited miles, which I have found to be uncommon on Turo so far from the trips I’ve had. The car location was very close by which was a plus and one of the reasons why I chose it. Ashok provided great customer service and treated the trip like he was personally invested. If you have to do a little tooling around for a day or several days Ashok’s car is a safe bet.

Car was amazing. I had to travel to Pittsburgh, PA and I experienced an unexpected snow storm. The car handled the weather and storm great! The car is very technically advanced but also very user friendly. Phone connectivity is very easy.
