Parking details
Pick up information: The car will be in a parking spot to the left of the building with a lock bock that requires a code. The code will be given to you 15 mins before your reservation time and after you have completed uploading your license and selfie holding your license photos to trip photos located under your bookings page. Once the code is received it is used to open AND close the lock box. The lock box is to be kept securely inside the car so you can place it back upon the renturn of the vehicle. Onsite parking may be available for the time of the rental. Must be requested ahead of time.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. 🏝 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Save some stress, time and avoid the fuel inconvenience fee by adding prepaid fuel. ✔️To save yourself some money, you also have the option of choosing to pick up the vehicle at the home location in Winter Garden. Costs for Uber or Lyft normally run about $35- $50 one way ✔️Vehicle is equipped with Toll Transponders, after your trip you will receive the invoice for the use of the duration of your trip. ■TRIP RULES & TURO TERMS OF SERVICE ⚠️ I'm am animal lover but not when it comes to my car. NO PETS, FOOD OR DRUGS - $150 cleaning/stain removal fee applicable ⚠️ Turo's Zero Tolerance Policy. Absolutely NO Smoking $250 fee applicable ⚠️ You are responsible for all damages and accidents as in any rental, so double-check to make sure that your personal insurance covers you for peer-to-peer rentals or opt for Turo's tiered insurance plans. (Most companies do not cover peer-to-peer rentals. It is not the same as conventional rentals, so be informed and keep yourself covered) ▪︎Any additional drivers must be approved by Turo through the Turo application. Any unapproved drivers will result in a denied claim should any accident occur. ⚠️ All toll road charges, tickets, citations, damages, and accidents are your responsibility as a Turo guest and must not only be disclosed but paid for at trips end. ⚠️ Obey All National, State & Local laws. iPhone and Android charger cables are in the car for your convenience.

Vuth (The Host) really set the bar high for every Turo experience I’ll ever have! From the start of the trip to the trips finish was GREAT!! Picking up the car was easy, convenient & very clean. Vuth was professional and very responsive! I ended up needing the car longer and it had been booked so I booked another one of his vehicles and it was THE SAME EXPERIENCE! I am very pleased and I will definitely be renting from him again!! Quit looking and BOOK! 🥰

Vuth’s car was clean and reliable..and reasonable. No high perfume or chemicals inside the car. The location to pick up the car is convenient and seem safe. Just don’t pick up the car or drop it when it’s dark. Not enough light in the parking lot. Vuth, himself, is a very professional man to deal with. He respond to my text right away and very accommodating. I will rent from him again for sure. And I highly recommend him.
