Easy pick up & drop off at the airport. Car was excellent on gas.

Marcio, was great with communicating with me. However the sun pass / E-pass didn’t work what so ever. When I arrived I was stuck in airport parking for 45mins. All because the workers wouldn’t let me out over the sun pass/E-pass was not working due to it being invalid. They finally agreed to let me pay the $17 dollar parking fee, just a bad start to my family vacation, He over charged me for cleaning when initially I was told it was $15 for cleaning then some how I was charged $20, didn’t waive my parking fee either. Service light kept coming on entire time along with check engine light. So I was very disappointed with my over all experience.
