• What if I am running late upon return?

  We understand that plans can change. If you anticipate being late, please request a time change through the Turo app. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes based on our schedule. • How does airport parking work?

  When renting from us at Orlando International Airport (MCO), please note: - Guests cover the pick-up parking fees, which can total up to $36 ($5-$36). ✈️ Orlando International Airport Delivery: Turo Rentals are ONLY allowed at the South Park Economy Parking Lot 🅿️ according to the Turo/MCO Airport agreement. This lot can be found on any navigational system by simply searching the name. A free shuttle ride (5-10 minutes) is required to get to the parking lot. Thanks for understanding, and safe travels!

• Can I smoke cigarettes, weed, or vape in your car?

• Do I have to return the car as clean as I received it?

  No, you don't! Every time you rent from us, you'll receive a car that's been washed, detailed, and sanitized. We want to ensure you start your journey with the best experience possible. That said, we don't expect you to return it in a detailed condition. However, we do appreciate it if the car isn't excessively dirty when returned. Things like significant stains, spills, large amounts of mud/sand/dirt, biowaste, or noticeable pet hair might result in a $150 cleaning fee. • Can I change my pick-up and return times and/or locations?

  Absolutely! We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your pick-up or return times, or even the location, simply head to "Details" > "Modify Trip" on the Turo app. Submit your preferred changes, and if it's feasible on our end, we'll happily approve the request. Flexibility is key, and we're here to help make your trip as smooth as possible!

• Do you allow pets?

  While we're animal lovers at heart, we kindly ask that pets stay at home. However, service animals are always welcome in our vehicles. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep our cars in the best condition for everyone!

• Is the car equipped with a toll pass?

  Absolutely! To make your journey smoother, every vehicle comes equipped with an SunPass / E-pass. This means you can breeze through tolls without stopping to pay. Orlando is known for its toll roads, and while they're hard to avoid, they can make your trip quicker and more efficient. So, feel free to use the Express Lanes on all toll roads. A quick heads-up: Please avoid stopping to pay cash for tolls. Even if you do, the SunPass will still register the toll, and you'll end up being billed twice. At the end of your trip, we'll send you an invoice through the Turo app, covering any tolls and parking fees (if applicable) where the transponder was used. Just remember, while the convenience of the SunPass is there for you, tolls aren't included in the rental price. Drive safe and enjoy the open road!
