It’s a Tesla vintage in great shape

The pickup location was inconvenient, and the host experience was disappointing. The car was dirty both inside and out, and shockingly, I found a weed pack under the seat, which is completely unacceptable. The host was unaccommodating and unhelpful throughout the rental. On top of that, I was charged unnecessary fees that could have been avoided with better communication and service. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Hi, sorry you felt this way. The pick up location is the location you selected. And delivered to that exact location. Clear directions to find the car was given before the trip started. This vehicle gets cleaned/vacuumed inside and out before every trip. After which the vehicle gets inspected. There was no dirt or packages of any kind left in the car. I was available the entire time for your trip and answered any and all of your questions. All fees were explained to you days before P/U.
