Parking and drop off instructions were very clear and easy. Car wash also very easy and conveniently located. Owner responds to messages quickly and is very kind. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you for making my trip safe and easy!

First time using turo. Overall good. Car drove well, good power for i70 hills. Shocks are getting old but car drives smooth, no rattles, etc. You need to bring aux cable to connect your phone for tunes. I forgot that so adding it here to remind others. Susan is very good with comms. I'll use turo and Susan again.

This Outback was great. It handled well in the city, and was perfect for a weekend in snowy mountains. The leather, heated seats were a welcome amenity. I struggled to find the vehicle at the DIA lot, but Susan was very responsive and got me moving quickly. Highly recommended!
