This is an ideal car for use in the Dever metro area with a 107-mile official range per charge. New Condition Blue Electric Nissan Leaf that has been treated with love and care. It is an all-electric car which comes fully charged and ready to go with a charging cable in the trunk for charging from a normal 120-volt outlet. An extra that can be included is a 240-volt wall charger that plugs into either a 3 or 4 prong 240-volt outlet. If you have any questions about driving electric let me know and I will answer all of your questions. I own only electric cars and love them (one Leaf and one Tesla). Save yourself gas and enjoy electric freedom from the pump.
If you are new to driving electric or Turo and have questions please feel free to message me and I will do my best to answer any and all questions.
Charging made simple:
Download the ChargePoint app (free), sign up (also free). Then tap on the 3 dots in the upper right of the app and select "Filter Stations". Next, select AC-J1772 & DC-FAST-CHAdeMO and unselect "Free". The app will now show you all of the available charging stations that you can use. The app will tell you if charging is free (a lot are) or if there is a small fee involved, either way, it is super cheap to drive electric. Then drive to the charger, use the app and pug in.
AC-J1772: Typically charge at 20 miles per hour and are usually free
DC-FAST-CHAdeMO: Typically charge at 150 miles per hour and usually require a fee
Most if not all Nissan dealerships offer free DC-FAST-CHAdeMO
Before navigating to any charger tap on the charger you wish to use and the app will tell you the following:
1. If the station is working **very important**
2. Fee to charge if any
3. Total number of charging stations and number of stations available
4. How fast the charger is
5. Also when you are charging you can use the app to see how much range has been added to the car
There is a ChargePoint charger at the Westminster Lightrail Station (~1 mile from my house) and the car can be parked there for free and charged for free. However, this is a slow charger that will only add 20 miles of range per hour. If you want a faster charge stick with the 50KW or larger chargers.
