I had no problem with communication from the car owner or the pickup location. My problem was that the exterior of the car was not washed and the interior had excessive stains on back seat and back of the driver seat. I could tell the owner had kids. I should have canceled the car rental but since I was traveling a lengthy distance and had a timeline to be at my destination I accepted the car. The car quality on the highway and street was great. It was great on fuel. I spoke with the host upon my return that he should get the car interior professionally detailed. He was polite in hearing my complaints.
