The vehicle will be available for your access at the rear right of the building. Upon arrival, proceed by making a right turn at the stop sign and follow the roadway towards the rear parking area. If you are arriving by car, please feel free to park and leave it there during your rental period. No Smoking Policy: We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in all mvp vehicles. If the vehicle is returned with a lingering smell of smoke as per the contract, a $150 fee will be charged for odor removal. This fee will be charged through Turo. Speeding Violation Policy: For your safety and the safety of others, all mvp vehicles are equipped with GPS and video trackers. Excessive speeding notifications of 100mph or more will result in a fine and may lead to early termination of the rental agreement. Premium Gas Requirement: All mvp vehicles requires premium gasoline. When you pick up the vehicle, it will have a full tank. Please ensure you return it with a full tank as well. Additional fees will apply if mvp needs to fill up the car after the rental period. Car Washing Guidelines: While you are not obligated to have the car washed during your rental, if you choose to do so, please only hand wash the vehicle. Under no circumstances should Armor All be applied to the interior or exterior. Before and After Photos: For your protection, we recommend taking pictures of the vehicle before and after your rental period. Turo provides access to image sharing platform, allowing us to clearly identify any damages that may have occurred during the rental period. Late Fee Policy: At mvp, we understand that unexpected delays can occur. We offer a 1-hour grace period for dropping off the vehicle after the scheduled return time. However, beyond this grace period, a late fee will be charged through Turo. Please make every effort to return the vehicle on time to avoid any additional charges. If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
