You are about to rent a 2019 Camry Two Tone White/Black XSE, with a muscular 3.5-Liter V6 DOHC 24-Valve Dual Injection 301 hp...this baby is QUICK and FULLY LOADED!!! Let’s take a look at the Specs: ✔️Exterior: Two Tone - Wind Chill White/Midnight Black Trim ✔️Interior: Black Leather Interior ✔️Wheels: 19” Custom Black Wheels ✔️Options: Rearview camera, manual climate control, a six-speaker JBL audio system, 6-way power driver's seat with power lumbar control, Remote start, Heated Seats, Adaptive cruise control, Power Sun/Moon Roof, Speed sensing steering, paddle shifters and much more... Let me know the exact terminal as well as the letter of the pillar you are standing next to and I will be able to give you the keys to the car as well as a brief demo of the features of the car (pictures will also be taken for reference during check out). For check out please let us know where would be convenient for you to drop of the car. Otherwise we will meet at the airport to perform a thorough checkout. Non-airport location - We can bring the car to your location or pick you up and bring you to the car. What are you check in/out hours? Guidelines

Please leave the car clean NO PETS but in the case of excess trash/dirt a fee will be assessed (up to $250) No smoking in the car (tobacco or marijuana) if smoke is detected cleaning fee will be assessed ($250). We expect you to bring the car back in similar condition when you received it. Normal use is expected. If there is sand, mud, or spills we will charge a cleaning fee. Please remember any type of marijuana smell will incur the fee. If you are smoking marijuana please make sure your clothing is not transferring any smell. Again ANY marijuana smell will require a full sanitizing of the vehicle. Thank you for your consideration. Each individual wheel will be photographed. Any curb rash will incur a $175 fee. These wheels are very large so please be careful when parking (the car has parking sensors)

  • Turo Cleaning Policy
    We expect hosts to provide guests with a clean car. In turn, guests must return the car in the same condition in which they received it or as close to clean as possible. If you return the car significantly dirtier and the host informs us, you may incur a cleaning fee from $30 to $250*, depending on the severity. We suggest taking photos of the inside and outside of the car both at the start and end of the trip and uploading them to the Trip Photos section of the app.
  • Do You Have To Clean The Car?
    INTERIOR: Please keep the interior free of debris, dirt, spills, sharp objects, mud, smoke (including vaping), etc. EXTERIOR: The basic “touchless”, handwash, or self wash stations are all okay. *No automatic car washes with brushes or that require rollers to drive on ie Quick Quack, Turbo Shine, etc. (The brushes scratch the paint) Purchase the $25 Post trip-cleaning Extra to be exempt.
  • What about insurance?
    Turo offers multiple insurance plans that vary in price & out of pocket cost, in summary; all plans are supplemental & secondary to your primary insurance if covered, with the exception of the premier plan if applicable, which becomes primary in the event of damage. If an incident occurs while you have the car, please call or message us ASAP!
  • Is there a late fee if I can’t get back on time?
    A guest will not be charged a late fee if the guest is 29 minutes late or less for pickup/return. In the event of a very substantial lateness, additional fines may be assessed to include cancellation, cost of additional usage billed by an average of the daily rate including the rental fee and any other applicable fees, and or a late fee of $50 for two hours or more. A request to extend is suggested if a late pickup/return is unavoidable. Flight delays are an exception and granted when the delay is communicated.
  • What happens if I have to go through a toll?
    No problem, we’ve got you covered...the car has FasTrak embedded in the plates, any FasTrak toll crossings will automatically be deducted from our account. We will send an invoice at “cost” for reimbursement within 7 business days of trip completion.
  • Special Requests/Delivery
    Send us a message if you have a special request or delivery preference. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries outside of our service area mileage, simply choose the delivery address you would like to have us bring the car to.
  • If I return the vehicle with bug splatter all over the front, will I be charged a cleaning fee?
    Yes. Turo policy states that the vehicle should be returned in the same clean condition it was received.
  • Can I extend my reservation?
    Please let me know at least 24 hours before the reservation ends. If I am unable to approve an extension before the reservation ends, late return charges will start adding up. Please apply for an extension well in advance.

Partnering with Mike has been as flawless as his Turo vehicle offering. Mike with the more than 300 horses of a superb 2019 Camry V6 XSE was right there, earlier than agreed upon, where and when I needed it, at the SMF airport. After reaqcainting once again with the Camry, which I owned one a score ago when it won every accolade then, it felt reassuring that the best will persevere the test of time. But this feedback is more about Mike, his thoughtful accomodations and comfortable interactions. The overall business experience for something quite important with someone I never knew before has been pleasantly refreshing; considering unexpectedly I got stranded several hours in I-80 with a flat tire caused by debris from an abrupt windstorm. A steadfast and reassuring buddy is what everyone needs in the unavoidable drama no one expects. Indeed, man is best measured during adverse situations and in that perspective, this feedback is much more revealing and meaningful for the Turo community. As Mike dropped me off once again exactly where and when I needed to be, surely I am comforted that all things work together for good in the end, then and now. Thanks, Mike.
