Greg Carr super clean, wonderful host, very communicative and made it work for me the best possible for the holidays families in town really appreciate it

His pickup location was good but cost 50 dollars to Lyft there from the airport. I chose to drop off at the airport but the location was hard to find. (It’s at the taxi only area) I wish it was easier to extend my stay as I had a very sick family member and changed my flight due to the critical nature. This was my entire reason for traveling. I ended up having to drive back to the airport 75 miles one way, use gas and wait while a maintenance appointment was completed. Because if I didn’t I couldn’t get an extension for the trip, so I would’ve had to drive to Sacramento and drop the car off and find another one. The appointment could have been rescheduled easily. It took about 6 hours total away from my trip that I could’ve been with my sick grandma. Overall, I would rent from Turo again but
only if my trip had definite leave dates.
