*Non-Smoking/Vaping Vehicle Policy- If any evidence of smoking or vaping is found, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. *Toll Charges- If toll charges apply during your trip, we will calculate the total toll charges and include them in your final invoice. *Vehicle Return-Please wash the vehicle inside and outside and filled up with fuel before returning it. If these conditions are not met, additional charges will apply.

Do I need to return the battery fully charged?
No, we will do our best to deliver the car with a full battery (~35-45 miles of range) free of charge. No need to fill it up when you return it.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Yes. You must return the vehicle in the same condition it was received or better inside and out. Options: 1. Vehicle has prepaid car wash at all Quick Quack Carwash locations. Just pull up and the entrance will open up to let you drive through the wash. There are also vacuums available for you to use. Typically open 7am-9pm. 2. You may also purchase the pre-paid carwash (listed as "Sports Gear Extra") with your reservation and the host will have the vehicle cleaned for you. 3. You may pay for your own wash and interior cleaning, for example, at a gas station before returning. If the vehicle is returned without a carwash or clean interior, you may be assessed a $50 cleaning fee. **Excessively dirty vehicles may be charged a cleaning fee up to $150 regardless of prepaid wash status**
