The car was nice to drive but our experience was terrible. The car smelled of weed which didn't go away all through our trip. We had a flat and found out he didn't have a spare tire so we had to pay for another tire. He also didn't fix the bumper that was already broken from the previous trip but went ahead to assign the car to us anyway. We asked for a refund for the tire that we bought but he refused to give us a refund.

How can you expect to to get a refund and you guys put second hand tire on a brand new car. Being cheap. Then expect a refund If anything you owe me money for a new tire now Turo won’t replace so I had to get a brand new one this review is unnecessary and plain cruel because I was more than understand regards the situation but u can’t rent people stuff reck it then expect to get reimbursed. This is not the American way. U pay for your responsibility not bashing host cause ur upset. Not fair.

Pros - *Klutch was a nice guy *Car runs great *Entire windshield is tinted Cons- Issues encountered after picking up the car... *Strong marijuana odor *Found marijuana under seat *Front bumper had damage and came loose at highway speed. *Engine guard under car was loose and noisy

Thank you for the review. But to make this clear all of our Vehicles are smoke free vehicles.. Thanks for the experience but our guest return. Our vehicles. In various conditions. It’s hard to say how long it been there but all of the vehicle has been through deep cleaning with deodorize and and all exterior and interior has been full wiped downs with environmental safe sanitary cleaning products. As for undercarriage has been fix and car is tip top shape for rentals.

The car was nice to drive but our experience was terrible. The car smelled of weed which didn't go away all through our trip.
