If you are running late please request an extension to avoid a late return fee and additional use fee, so far my acceptance rate is 100% I promise to always honor your request so the sooner you let me know the better I can accommodate you. Key Fob: The vehicle is given with 1 Key Fob; if lost or damaged you are fully responsible (for any and all fees) to replace the Key Fob. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 This Vehicle only uses 93 Premium Octane fuel. The car must be returned fully fueled. I AM NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY WITH EMBASSY HOTEL or RETRO FITNESS, PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO THE HOTEL LOBBY OR CALL THEM TO ASK ABOUT THE CAR, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. The car will be waiting for you in the Retro Fitness Support Center Parking Lot 1601 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406 This will be a remote check-in, I will provide pictures of the location of the parking spot so it will be easy to find the car. The car will have a lock box inside the vehicle and will be locked, when you get to the vehicle, simply contact me through the Turo app and I will remotely unlock the doors and provide you with the lockbox code number. Please know I CAN NOT provide you with any information if you call me or text me, all commutation MUST be done through the Turo app. Thank you

Guidelines

RULES: * No Off-roading, burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving. * No One may drive the vehicle unless listed on the reservation * No Tampering with or removing any equipment in the vehicle. * No Repairs to vehicle without Host approval. * No smoking or vaping of any kind. This is a share ride so be mindful of that. * No pet’s allowed; please remember some of us are allergic to them. So please no pet, if there are pet hairs in the car there will be a cleaning fee charged. ($250 cleaning fee will be charged) * I will always deliver the car with a full tank of gas. Please remember to refuel (Grade 93) upon return or a $10 fuel reimbursement fee will be charged PLUS AMOUNT OF FUEL NEEDED. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LOWER GRADE FUEL MAY CAUSE SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE. * I will always deliver my cars clean to each and every guest. We expect to receive the car back with the same conditions you received.

  • The car is equipped with a Sunpass.

    FDOT will send me a bill at the end of the month for any tolls you have gone through, I will upload the FDOT bill for you to pay.

  • If the vehicle is towed to an impound lot, it is your responsibility to retrieve the vehicle immediately.

  • The only person that can pickup the car is you, the primary driver.

    We cannot release the car to anyone other than the primary driver.   • If you get a parking ticket, please pay the ticket right away.

    If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1. The cost of the ticket, 2. All relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body.

  • If you run a red light that takes your picture.

    You will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record.

  • Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick up the car.

    If you do not return the car with the same amount of gas, you will be charged the cost of the gas and a $10.00 fee for not returning the car with the same amount of gas.

  • In case of an accident

    The Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is [Number redacted for privacy and security].
