Nasty attitude and terrible communication

The host sardor usmanov was kinda rude when he was talking to me, First he asked me if I could pick up the car earlier than 11 am but i told him I couldn’t and i would be able to take the car around 11 am. Yes I came late for half hour, but I already acknowledged him earlier that I will be late due to the delay that I got in LAX. I explained to him and i also apologized and I even asked him what is best convenience for him that I can do! anyway I’m the customer, and I literally had something that delayed me in LAX, but he literally put me in a hard time and he even shouted at me and said that He had to go and meet another renter. Then I came to him at 11.30, And I saw him wasn’t even ready to go out, i stayed there for 5 min, and I saw him just talking with his friend!! The fact he wasn’t even in a hurry to meet another renter just like what he said!! I swear if Turo didn’t charge me as soon as i made a booking, I would have cancelled my entire booking with sardor. He was such unprofessional host, even when I was going to return the car back, I told him that I will return the car before 11 am because I HAD A FLIGHT!!!! But he didn’t give me good solution and he kept saying that I had to return the car back at 11 am. And it made me had to return the car back 1 day earlier! The car was super dirty, smell weed meanwhile he told me not to smoke inside the car! It’s seriously bad experience!

Yes , you late for 1 hour for pick up I wait you more then 1 hour, and on drop you return time was 11 am and you said you want return 7 am, you was rude on pick up and drop of, car was clean and washed on pick up, you brought it dirty)) never had issues with renters before, worst experience, not welcome renter ...

He is so nice. Car ran great he was great with extending our car rental. Will definitely rent from him again.5 stars all the way.
