First off, hole in car floor, bald tires, gas was less than a quarter tank of gas, dirty with engine making loud noises, Had to put in gas an air in tires. Car very run down! Unsafe to drive!!! Had to get another car! He doesn’t deserve one star.

Customer was upset he couldn’t find the car after giving him precise instructions, and gave me this 1 star review in retaliation

The car interior needed a good cleaning and vacuuming. Communication with host was not great when we had an unexpected issue that was unavoidable. Car got the job done but wasn’t a 5 star experience.
