Quentin is a great host with timely communication. The rental was as promised & he acknowledged existing damages (minor scratches). The rental rides as you’d expect a Toyota would - smooth.

Quintin is the epitome of Professional. I kept having to change my pick up time due to me being a truck driver. So my arrival time was uncertain of being able to pick up the car. When I tell you Quintin never hassled me. Nor was impatient with me. Rather he was very nice and accommodating. Fun loving person and great Spirit inside and out. If you are looking for a host, who is patient, understanding, and accommodating then book Quintin. I promise that you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Quintin for allowing my trip to be possible.

Scheduled to pick up at airport and got there and was about 5 miles away and had to uber there and back. Seemed annoyed that I wasn’t there when I was supposed to be at the airport. Right turn signal didn’t work

Informed customer that she made a mistake with the airport pickup as the fact that I don’t have airport pick up, I only have pickup at my location and never offered it. I never presented any impatience with the customer told her that she would have to come to designated destination and she seemed to be upset and she was dropped off by her family not an uber. Customer was upset I couldn’t come to airport. Told her I was alone and it was late at night and could not accommodate. She made a mistake!
