I can see why Serge has such a high rating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. As a 1st timer, I didn’t know what to expect but Serge was generous from beginning to the end. The Passat was exactly as described and very clean. Our arrival flight was late but Serge made sure to greet me and go over all the details of the car. He answered all my questions, and is very quick to respond back if you have more. I will definitely use him again and I hope that all Turo hosts are as awesome as Serge. Thank you

First time using Turo but I can’t imagine having a better experience than with Serge. My baggage was slightly delayed upon arrival, but Serge handled my pickup personally and even provided me with some tips to enjoy the area in my vacation. The vehicle itself was great, very clean, comfortable and great on fuel. Large cargo capacity for a mid size vehicle made it easy to load two large suitcases plus a baby stroller. (19” rims were a nice plus too). Would give 6 stars if I could, will defiantly be using serges car for my next visit to Florida.
