If the car is returned in an unreasonably dirty state Turo will add a $150 cleaning fee to the reservation. Gas: You will receive the car with a full tank of gas. Please fill up the tank upon returning the car. If returned with less than a FULL TANK, there is an additional $10 convenience fee, plus the cost of the fuel. Cigarette or Marijuana Smoke: If a guest smokes in a Turo car, they will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and banned from the platform. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana. If the guest leaves behind any ashes or a strong smell of smoke, the host can report the incident to Turo and the guest will be charged the fee. The cleaning fee is used to cover the cost of professional cleaning to remove the smoke smell and damage caused by smoking. • Do I have to return the car with a full take of gas?

  You are not required to do so, but you will be charged for the gas to fill the tank plus a $10 service fee per the Turo terms.

• How does airport delivery work?

  I will plan on meeting you in front of the passenger pickup/drop off area directly in front of the terminal when your flight arrives. From there I will shuttle you about 6 miles from the airport to my primary location where you can take the car and be on your way. Please provide me with your incoming flight number, and the number of people in your party so I can be sure to be there on time with enough seats for everyone. Also please plan on returning the vehicle to that same location after which I will shuttle you back to the airport in time for your flight.
