Paul is usually great, but I have to say the system was not on its game this time. His voice mailbox was full and couldn't reach him through chat,so had to call Turo to ultimately find the car. There is also a problem with the door locking mechanism. I'm sure that Paul will be back on his game from now on, though! I do hope to continue as a frequent user.
