Charles was literally the best first experience I have ever had. The start of my trip was completely smooth, picking up the car was super easy and whenever I had any questions he was right there to answer them. My flight was delayed twice then cancelled last minute, I was completely frantic tryin to makes arrangements for an unplanned day, Charles made that an almost too easy transition. I would recommend the pope to rent with Charles. Definitely earned a returning customer ☺️

The prior renter was late so we got a call 20 minutes before our rental was to start that the car wasn’t going to be ready for at least an hour and a half. Not his fault - and he went out of his way to pick up the car himself and drop it too us. Once we were on our way the trip was perfect.
