My first Turo experience was great. Good communication and clear instructions about pick up and drop off.

Mostly great, but we had a hard time finding the car at first. Also the dash said we only had 275 miles worth of gas in the car at the start of the trip, even though a full tank of gas would give us 400 miles. The dash also said that gas was full at the beginning but it's possible we overpaid.

The car was nice and clean and the person I met for the handoff was very nice. I wish there'd been some more communication about where to find the car and the fact that someone would be waiting to hand off the keys. The mirror adjustment buttons and the backup camera on the car didn't work which was frustrating.
