This was my second trip with Gianfranco and his BMW 3 series, and just like the first trip, everything went incredibly smooth and to expectations. Gianfranco was very communicative and made it easy for pickup and dropoff. When there was a slight issue with the car's EZ Pass, he was quick to respond and work out a solution. And the car itself was very clean, well maintained and perfect for my quick weekend trip. I recommend Gianfranco and his BMW, and wouldn't hesitate to book with him again.
