Good car, however, refueled fully and dropped off - then they decided to send me 20 dollar invoice for gas used from point of refuel to dropoff (only drove like 15 mins). Kind of wack but otherwise was alright
Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify—unless you purchase the prepaid refuel option, Turo policy requires the car to be returned at the same fuel level it was picked up with. Even a short drive uses fuel, and we only invoiced the small difference. Reviews related to reimbursement disputes like this are subject to removal under Turo policy. We always aim to be fair, but free gas isn’t part of the rental unless prepaid.
