Great customer service! So easy to organize drop off and pick up. Was going to rent a car but found out it was $250 a day so tried this app for the first time and it was even more convenient than renting thanks to Sarah! When I make it back I would definitely rent from her again. Car gets great gas mileage, as well.

Andrea was a great host and her Prius was a fun reliable car to get around the Big Island with. I put in a lot of miles over the two weeks I had it and the car was both great on gas and easy to drive. It was my first time using Turo and Andrea was very patient and adaptable with helping me figure out how the system worked.
Jeffrey & Todd were amazing to work with. Very flexible & had great communication. It was my first experience with a Turo transaction & will be using the service again, without a doubt! The 2018 Civic had great power for pulling the hills when we made our trip around the island. I highly recommend their service.
