• Do you offer PICK up & DROP off locations?

  Yes, PICK up and DROP off at your location is available after 6pm Monday - Friday, & anytime on weekends. NO ARRANGEMENTS FOR HAIKU & HANA This can be added on to your "EXTRAS" before check out. Keep in mind that there are multiple "ONE-WAY TRIP" extras. Please review them before choosing. Explain how it works: Currently you have either chosen the "HOME" location or "AIRPORT" location. The "ONE-WAY TRIP" is designated for guests who request for specific PICK up or DROP off locations. If you need arrangements for "ROUND TRIP", you will need to message us to create a "SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT" "ONE-WAY TRIP."

• Do I have to clean the car before returning it?

  You aren’t expected to clean or disinfect a car before returning it to your host. However, you do have the following responsibilities for documenting and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. - Take and upload to Trip photos multiple interior and exterior photos of the vehicle at check-in and checkout to document cleanliness. - Photos protect you in case a host reports a cleaning issue. If you return a vehicle in a condition that demonstrates irresponsible or abusive behavior, your host has up to 72 hours after a trip’s end to report the cleaning issue. Customer Support team will review the pre- and post-trip photo evidence. If it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150* plus a 3% processing fee. In some circumstances and at TURO's full discretion, they may also remove you from the platform. Read the Cleaning and disinfection policy to learn your rights and responsibilities and to see a list of cleaning violations for which a host could hold you responsible.
