First thing first -- I'm a human and I understand sometimes things go wrong, but what's truly important to me is how a company or person addresses whatever went wrong -- and that's where Amory excelled! He made sure he did everything in his power to remedy what went wrong, literally went above and beyond!
The car had more miles than a regular rental car. But obviously this is turo and the car is EXACTLY as described. It got us around Maui, up the hills to up country every day , AND we even did the road to Hana with no reliability issues.
Car was clean and incredibly more feature rich + fun to drive than any rental car at 2x the price through a traditional rental company.
Would 10/10 recommend this car and this host!! He is the greatest personification of Aloha and we left incredibly satisfied with our rental experience
