1. No Smoking any substance: * Smoking inside the BMW i4 is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee up to $300. 2. Cleanliness: * Return the vehicle in the same clean condition it was received, both inside and outside. * Please do NOT use any cleaning products inside our vehicle. Should you need to wipe down any surfaces, use only water and microfiber towel. 3. Pets: * Do not bring pets into the BMW i4 to maintain the interior's cleanliness and prevent any potential damages. 4. Charging: * Return the vehicle with the same level of charge as at the start of the rental period. * Please do not let the current charge go below 20%. 30% is preferred but don’t go below 20%. If you allow vehicle’s battery to die, you are responsible for towing, and if any damage is sustained to battery you are responsible for 5. Maintenance and Repairs: * Report any mechanical issues or concerns to us promptly. * Do not attempt any repairs or modifications on your own. Consult us for guidance. 6. Violations and Fees: * Any violations of these guidelines, including smoking, pet presence, excessive cleaning needs, or damage, may result in fees that will not exceed $300 possibly to be removed from TURO platform. * If any toll roads are taken, we will assess your account after your trip is complete. 7. Communication: * Maintain open and transparent communication with us throughout the rental period.
