Please return the vehicle as clean as it was at pickup. To enhance your experience, consider selecting these extras at reservation: 🚘 Unlimited Miles – Ideal if you plan to travel beyond a 200-mile radius. 🚘 Prepaid EV Recharge – Save time and simplify drop-off by returning the car without a full charge (please maintain at least 30 miles of range). Supercharging costs will be reimbursed at the end of your trip, based on the Tesla invoice. 🚭 No Smoking - A cleaning fee of up to $250 will apply for smoke odors, per Turo’s guidelines. 🚫 No Automated Car Washes - To avoid potential damage, please wash the car manually only. 🚫 No Pets, please! 🤖 Full Self-Driving (FSD) - is available but demands your full attention. Distractions, like phone use or extended focus away from the road, will lock the Autopilot suite for the rest of the trip. • What happens if I get a flat tire?

  As per Turo’s policy, guests are responsible for any tire issues during the trip, including repairs or replacements.

• What is Sentry Mode, and do I need to use it?

  All Teslas have Sentry Mode, a security feature that monitors the car’s surroundings for safety. By renting a Tesla, you agree to this feature. We recommend learning more about Sentry Mode to understand how it enhances security and driver safety.

• Are there any fees for a dead battery or towing?

  Yes. If the battery dies, you’ll be responsible for the towing costs and any damage to the secondary 12V battery. The full trip cost will still apply in these cases.

• What are the mileage limits?

  Each trip includes free miles, but you can add unlimited miles in the “Extras” section when you reserve.

• Can I leave the car on the charger?

  Please avoid leaving the car on the charger once charging is complete, as idle fees are costly. Fees may apply if the car is not returned correctly.

• How does Supercharging work?

  Supercharging fees will be automatically charged after your trip, as Turo is synced to Tesla.

• Where can I pick up and return the car at the airport?

  Turo allows pickup and return at the following airport parking garages: Garage A/B, Garage C, Garage D, and Garage E/F. Please note that curbside pickup or Economy Parking is not permitted. If you choose airport pickup, kindly mention the terminal you will be landing at when booking. I will park the car in the garage closest to your terminal for your convenience. You will be responsible for the parking fee based on the duration the vehicle has been parked before your arrival. Let me know if you have any questions!
