The Model 3 will be parked and waiting for you near the back of the building. You will see it once your Uber pulls in. For drop-off, please park it anywhere in the same vicinity. Call the Host if doubtful.

#No EXCESSIVE speeding. Car has telematics enabled AND will alert the Host. Example: If you are caught doing 100 mph in a 60 or 70 mph limit road, YOU will be reported, and Turo WILL ban you from EVER renting from Turo ever again. DON'T do it. #No smoking of any kinds. #No excessive drinking and eating. #No animals or pets inside the car. #No off-roading & no towing. Violation fees will be applied if caught. MORE DETAILED RULES: 1-Remember excessive speeding (26 mph above limit in Missouri or any speed defined by states you drive in) will risk immediate cancellation and the return of the car - at the Guest's expense. ZERO Tolerance. ***Tire tread depth will be measured before and after your trip. Excessive wear caused by drifting, track use or other extreme activities will be subject to additional fees*** 2-Smoking of any kind or excessive eating/drinking inside the car is NOT allowed or tolerated. You will be charged up to $1,000 if caught. 3-No off-road drive (any unpaved road is considered off-road). Per Turo policy, any dirt roads are also considered "Off-Road" and driving on these is not permitted. 4-No towing. 5-Car must come back in the same or similar condition pre-trip. Any excessive dirt or grime on the outside is subject to detail fees. Excessive dirt, grime, crud, smoke, etc will still result in a detail fee to be applied Violation fees will be applied if any of these activities is caught. Charging cost: 1) You can charge the Model 3 at any Tesla Superchargers (that appear on the car map), and you will be billed for the charging cost, and any idling fees incurred, after you complete the trip. Charging invoices will be sent to you for reimbursement. 2) If charging at non-Tesla chargers, you pay for the charging cost. 3) A residential/mobile charger is located in the trunk for residential/campground charging. All adapters are included. Please take photos of the car at pick up. This ensures if there are any damages upon return you have an accurate record of whether they occurred during your trip.

• What if I get a flat or need a tow truck?

  CALL HOST IMMEDIATELY! Tire inflator is in the trunk, but if you need a tow truck, you will need a flat bed tow truck! I repeat!!!! FLAT BED TOW TRUCK! Why? A Tesla has to be properly towed, OR you will damage the battery and/or electric motors. YOU will be charged for it if you get an unqualified tow truck to tow the car!

• What if I get caught smoking in the car?

  Simple: you will be charged up to $1000 depending on how seriously the damage and smell is. Cars may have smoke detector(s) installed.

• What if I speed?

  Car is equipped with telematics that alert Host if speed is 100 MPH or higher. Guest will automatically receive a warning message twice before the trip is cancelled by Turo or Host, and Car must be returned immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guest Turo account will be charged for towing or any costs associated with the returning of Car to Host. NO NEGOTIATIONS.

• What if I get pulled over or, god forbidden, involved in an accident?

  Roll down all the tinted windows immediately if you get pulled over! If asked, show the Officer the Accident Card virtually in "Help" section of the Turo app. Question? Call Host. You must call Host or get a qualified tow truck via Turo app! Just go to "Help" section and call the tow service number. Question? Call Host!

• How do I pay for charging cost at Tesla superchargers?

  All charging costs will be billed to Host's Tesla account. You will receive a reimbursement request once the trip is completed. Charging at other chargers, such as Electrify America, is on you. You will have to follow their instructions. Compatible adapters may be in the trunk or frunk. Ask Host to confirm.

• What if I get a traffic or parking ticket?

  You will be charged for the administrative fee of $150 for internal processing of any state, federal, or municipal tickets, including traffic and parking fines reported or related to your rental period. This is strictly an administrative fee, meaning Guests are independently responsible for addressing and settling all associated fees, penalties, and fines directly with the issuing authorities.

• Hotel chargers?? Could I use them to charge overnight?

  DO NOT USE damaged HOTEL CHARGERS TO CHARGE THE CAR! If car charger is found damaged after the trip, you will be liable. Only use Tesla superchargers, EVGo, Electrify America or other fast chargers! Host prefers you use Mobile Charger included in the car for overnight charging.
