Do not spray air fresheners or fragrances. When this is done we cannot rent the car out for up to 3 days. We will find out and you will have to pay smoking and cleaning fees Turo charges up to $250. Sorry, no pets. If we smell a pet odor or see any hairs from pets inside of the car you'll be required to pay cleaning fees up to $250. Please do not drive out of Tri-state Area (NY/NJ/CT) without letting us know these are your plans. 🚨Unauthorized drivers are NOT permitted to operate/drive the vehicle🚨 We’ll respect your time and we ask that you do the same. When booking this vehicle please note there is a 30 min grace period for pick up and drop off. After that 30 min, you will be charged a late fee. If you are looking to extend the rental, go to trip details, hit "extend trip" as long as the calendar is open I will approve. No need to call support, just a click of a button. You are responsible for all the tolls, tickets, and violation fees incurred during your trip. You’ll receive a reimbursement request once they are received. If any come up in the future and they are during your trip you are responsible as well. We'll request reimbursement for all tolls and tickets incurred. If there are any issues please reach out to me so I can rectify the situation as fast as possible.
