Can I come earlier than my set reservation time to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
The Vehicle can only be given at the start time, so both guest and host are covered my Turo insurance! If you would like to pick up earlier you’ll have to modify your time!
Is smoking allowed?
No, it is not and it is against Turo Policy. For more details you can view their personal page, they charge a smoking/cleaning fee as a well a ban on the account.
Can I keep the car longer than my set reservation time?
Yes, if the vehicle doesn't have a future booking. It will count as an extension which you can request under the "details" tab on the app and then "modify trip". Once there you'll be able to change the date and time
What is the gas policies?
We do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
What will happen if I bring the car later than my end time?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle. After that we follow Turo's Policies regarding the additional usage, the longer it takes for the vehicle to be brought back the charge increases. Guest have 5 hours to extend after their trip ends to avoid penalties.
Can I 'Drop Off' the vehicle earlier that my set reservation time?
You'll need to get confirmation through Turo text and then I'll just ask you to modify the time accordingly!
Do your cars have EZPASS?
Our EZPASS is set up through the license plate and guests will be sent an invoice when it is processed through our account! Any tickets mailed to us throughout the guests trip will also be sent an invoice through the app. Toll Transponder ID: 02216381276
