I’m not sure where to even begin. I thought everything was fine via booking the trip and etc. Seeing as it was my first time ever using Turo. However, that was not the case. I rented Shaarkul’s car for literally one day and barely used any mileage. I visited I kid you not two places in the Jersey area and I paid public parking so I could park the car. Upon returning the car back to Shaarkul without any new damages, car was full I only put $6 gas because like I previously stated I legit went no where. When I returned her car checked out and etc, Shaarkul reaches out to me and claimed I had scratched the front side and grill of her car. I know for a fact I never side swapped her car because again I parked inside of public parking so if I had hit someone wouldn’t they have come forward and said something with all the cameras around? I told her that she was mistaken and was she sure it wasn’t already there? She claimed it was new and etc. I filed the claim through Turo and had them do their own investigation. Shaarkul informed me she buys insurance from them, they would charge me around 175 to send someone out, I wasn’t charged anything. When I spoke to the representatives and told them I had signed up for their coverage as well in case of anything. I was told the case was closed and they found the scratches to have been pre-existing. I’m not really sure what Shaarkul’s end goal was. I have never in my life met Shaarkul until that day so I honestly really don’t know why she chose me to go after. I thought when I first met her she was okay and actually helpful since I had stated it was my first time with Turo. I would advise anyone to just stay clear of Shaarkul and rent from another person. If you must please take pictures and video recording of every part of the car inside and out. I’m so serious watch your back with this one. Turo should of just let her go because I just don’t understand what her issue was with me and again why she chose to go after me. Turo should also be very clear on insurance policies and etc. The representatives were nice, helpful, and worked with me. Shaarkul you are not a nice or honest person if you need extra money trying to scam people is not the way, seeing as you rent out several other vehicles on this app. I would’ve given you 5 stars and a nice review but that evil act you performed was a no go for me. Please do better in life Shaarkul, I am not your enemy, I do not know you personally, and I have never in my life done anything to you. Be blessed!!

Shaarkul was great at getting back to my messages. The car was just as pictured and super clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely rent from her again.
