Does each car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yess, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ a car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up any vehicle.
Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could be booked for another client.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minutes you’re late you will get charged.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or tobacco.
Offer E-ZPass?
No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get billed sent to you eventually of Toll.

Excellent service! Very efficient and accommodating. I had to change my plans quite a few times and they accommodated me. The car was well maintained and clean. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Thank you for what you are doing! I was charged late fees and that was fair, not complaining, just a warning, extend your trip ahead to avoid this. Thanks again Stephen and Team.
