When it comes to airport pick-up and drop-off, your vehicle will be conveniently stationed in the main garage, conveniently situated directly across from the terminal. This location ensures a quick and easy walk without the need for any shuttle service. Upon returning the vehicle to the airport, simply park in the same garage and inform us of the spot number. Leave the parking ticket on the center console, return the key to its original location, and ensure the doors are securely locked. We cover the return parking fee if the vehicle is returned at the originally scheduled time and location. However, returning the vehicle earlier than planned may incur a return parking fee. If you anticipate an early return, please inform us promptly so we can adjust our return timing accordingly. We'll notify you at that point if any parking fee applies, based on our schedule. Any change in location for a return during your trip may result in additional parking fees. For all other pickup/delivery locations chosen, we can arrange pickup and drop off spot. Any parking fees will be paid by the guest and will not be the responsibility of the host. FUEL: All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas! Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or return vehicle at any gas level and we will take care of filling it back up when returned. If you choose to allow us to fill it up, Turo will add a $10 convenience fee (which gets passed along to us). “NO SMOKING or VAPING ” We (and Turo) have a zero tolerance policy for smoking.
