If you’re planning to start your trip next few days or next week please DO NOT book this car. I only accept trips starting within 24 hours not later. Guidelines

Hello and Thank You for booking one of my cars! Please read few notes below to help you be more familiar with your Turo experience. 1- If you are booked to pick up your car from airport then you will be able to find the car at Alaska parking structure across Alaska airline on second floor ( elevator access only push button 2 inside the elevator) at row C to H. More details will be provided after car has been dropped off. You need to use the bridges from departures to cross the street to arrive to parking structures. When you found the car please hold your DL next to your face and upload a photo to trip page and I’ll give you access to the car. The parking ticket will be inside the car and you are responsible to pay for that per your request to receive the car at airport as we cannot wait and meet you at curbside. I usually drop off the car an hour ahead of your scheduled time and parking fee is $5 per hour up to $32. Since we can always be available at airport therefore we can save you time and energy by meeting you on exact coordinated time at departures to help you avoid carrying luggage from parking to departures. Please coordinate with me a day or at least few hours ahead of your return time. 2- if you decided to come to my location then you just need to have your DL with you and be on time to pick up your car. Currently my location is Comfort Inn and car will be at the end of parking area. 3- if you would like to have the car delivered to your location then please provide detailed instructions about how to get to your location and where to meet you so I could be on time. Please have your DL handy. 4- if you received any kind of tickets or citation please pay before returning the car as I might not receive then in time and it will take a lot of effort to pay or transfer liability which might cause to penalties or additional charges. 5- please make sure car is vacuumed and cleaned upon return as Carwash here is usually automated and doesn’t cover interior which makes me to spend so much time to have it clean again and depending to the required service might cost up to $200 which none of us want that. You will receive the car vacuumed and sanitized and per policy you would need to return in same condition. 4- most of my cars are over 10 years old and even though they are maintained but still there’s a chance of breaking down and in this situation you would need to contact me first and ASAP! Turo policy requires to stop driving and contacting owner first if not successful then contact Turo roadside assistance. 5- please make sure to fill up gas tank before return to the same level ( you will receive full tank %99.99 of times) to avoid $10 inconvenience charge added by Turo on top of gas. 6- due to insurance coverage your trip can not be started earlier or end later than your scheduled time unless extended within your trip period. You could pickup later and drop off earlier but not early on pickup and late on return. 6- please feel free to contact me at my phone number located in my profile at any time with any questions ( just real questions please!🥴)

I've used Turo several times and this by far was the worst host/experience I've had. The host Yassau and the vehicle were unacceptable. The host had me pick up the rental in a sketchy neighborhood and had the car parked in a motel parking lot and left the keys in the tailpipe. Upon entering the vehicle and driving off I noticed a smell of smoke as well as a vehicle that wasn't cleaned prior to my rental. I contacted Yassau and he told me it was standard practice for the keys and he would a give me a discount for the unclean vehicle. I woke up to a flat tire on Christmas morning and contacted Turo support, they notified roadside assistance which called me and said they wouldn't be able to help me because the vehicle needed a lock key for the rims to take the flat tire off. Since it was Christmas there wasn't any garages open so I had to wait until the next day to have the car towed to a garage. When the car was towed to the garage the garage contacted me and asked if I could contact Turo which I did. Turo gave me a major run around for over 7 hours and still never settled the issues. Yassau messaged me very disrespectfully and accusing me of popping the tire myself when the garage sent me photos of the cars two front tires being almost completely bald with wires hanging out indicative to worn down tires. He said I had to of destroyed his tires which is impossible to drive down tires in a couple days which mainly the car was parked when I wasn't driving and I drove only around the Seattle metro area while visiting family on my holiday trip to Washington. The garage contacted me and told me Yassau picked up his car and that they were not going to be doing the work on the tires. It isn't my car nor the garages so it was not in our hands at that point. Today I received a notification request from Yassau that the gas wasn't full and to reimburse the money for a full tank however the car was towed before I was able to refuel the vehicle to full which I've rented several cars before and never not returned on full. How could I fuel a vehicle I don't have in my possession? He submitted a invoice for $400 to Turo which I am required to pay or they will report to the credit bureau in one week and there was no way to dispute this with Turo. The host Yassau was very unprofessional, he handled the situation poorly with lack of communication. I did message him apologizing from the beginning and explaining the situation after I spoke to Turo. He replied very nastily and lied to Turo about the vehicle and the issues that stemmed thereof. Avoid this Scammer at all costs. I spent $700 with this host for one week and he's asking I pay for his vehicle another $400. The vehicle didn't reflect the pictures, want clean upon entering the vehicle as well as had a smell of smoke, the tire got a flat and the 2 day ordeal cost me way more money in Ubers to visit my family on Christmas day when I had a vehicle I rented. Yassau should not be able to host any vehicles on Turo and should be banned from the app as well as doing the right thing and not submitting requests to pay an invoice for something he lied about and wasn't truthful with Turo about.

Well all you said doesn’t explain why I found digital scale and drug pipe under the seats of a car that I couldn’t recognize anymore and the flat tire was due to a 1 inch hole on the side of the tire which two of my fingers could go inside the tire so definitely didn’t happen when you were sleeping on Christmas Day! My apologies if I didn’t pay for yours trip!
