Please treat your rental with respect, for the sake of all the guests to come after. Smoking or vaping any substance inside this vehicle is expressly prohibited. Please clean out any loose trash. It's totally cool to leave the bag of trash in the car, but not-cool to leave sticky wrappers and stuff that melts, floating around uncontained. We're pretty chill operators who don’t sweat petty matters. You’ll receive an excellent, always-clean-on-the-inside car. We’ll strive to keep the exterior as respectable as possible, although sometimes rain happens. You do not need to wash your rental (we have a subscription). But please don’t go 4-wheeling in the mud. Get a little scratch on the exterior? Our general guideline: Some petty things that do not detract value from subsequent guest experiences are generally OK. This vehicle is a business asset whose sole purpose for existing, is to serve guests faithfully. Whatever does not detract from the future guest experience in a meaningful way, is generally OK. You’ll be treated with fairness, and respect, at all times during all interactions, and we request the same.
