Quality of vehicle was below subpar.

Unfortunately I did not have the best first experience going through CREW. But at the end I was able to get into another vehicle last minute . Car was clean . Ran ok

Was disappointed when I went to go pick up the car, the person who rented it before me left the tire pressure low, had a foul smell in the car, and had less than a quarter tank of gas in it during pick up, which caused me to spend more than planned when I came to refueling.
Other than that the host was great!

The car has a few damages that were not properly included in the photos, I believe. Gas was at 58miles and upon inspection, I noticed that the front left tire was very low and tried contacting the host, but there was no communication from host despite turo contacting host and making sure that I would be responded to soon. Turo and I were on the phone for over 40 minutes waiting for host to contact me in regards to the situation and was told to drive to an Uncle Ed’s location to fill up a tire that had only 13psi. I didn’t even put the car in drive while waiting for a response and after no response still and that’s when turo and I decided to proceed with full refund.
