How do I return?
Returning is also simple. After returning, take the same photos as pickup, upload them to trip photos and return the key to the lockbox. Uploading your photos proves it was returned and the condition it was in upon return
How do i pick up the vehicle?
To pick up you will need to do the following after you book. No sooner than 24 hours before your trip : Upload driver's license and selfie with license next to your face to the Trip Photos and I will give the code to retrieve the key
After retrieving the key, what do I do next
It is super important to take 8 photos of the exterior of the vehicle and at least one interior. This protect you as the guest. Photos should include front, front left corner, driver side, driver corner, rear, rear corner , passenger and passenger corner and the dash when the car is on. Please upload these photos to the trip photos. This will time stamp the photos
