Rude customer service and completely unprofessional. Will not book again.
I am at a loss on how to adequately respond to your feedback. I have reviewed our many correspondences and am still trying to wrap my head around which ones were unprofessional?My assumption is your "reading comprehension" coupled with "English not being your first language" has resulted in a negative experience on the Turo platform and with their CS agents. The facts are that you were afforded the same respect and professionalism all of our guests receive! We wish you a blessed holiday season.
