Guidelines
🚭 ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CAR AT ANY TIME 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the car at all times. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY: All individuals intending to operate the vehicle must be formally listed as additional drivers. Failure to do so will render the primary guest liable for any damages sustained by the vehicle during the rental period. FUEL POLICY: Your vehicle will be provided with a minimum of half a tank of premium gas upon pickup. Please return the vehicle with the fuel level at the same mark to avoid any associated fees. For your convenience, we offer a PREPAID FUEL option, alleviating the need for you to refuel before returning the car. CLEANLINESS STANDARD: Upon handover, the vehicle will be in a clean state, and we kindly request that you return it in the same condition. Should the vehicle be returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $150 will be applied in accordance with Turo's cleaning policy. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TICKETS/TOLLS: The driver assumes responsibility for any tickets or toll charges incurred during the rental period. An itemized invoice will be provided within 30 days post-rental, if applicable. We trust that you will thoroughly enjoy your rental experience. The car was clean, it was ok not very good pick up speed but served our needs perfectly

Car was fine. I preferred being picked up from the airport however the lot wasn’t too far you would just have to plan for time to wait for the shuttle. The representatives were very responsive which was great!
