We are a Mother & Son team. We work hard to build our business and provide a great experience for our guests. Here are a few things to know about our BMW - We try to keep our cars very clean. This car is hand-washed, by us, for every trip. This car does not go through regular car washes, to protect the paint and PPF. We ask that you do not take this car through any car washes. If so, please make sure it is touchless. We do not expect you to wash the car at the end of your trip. This BMW is used and shows signs of wear. We try to take great care of our cars, however, our cars may show small signs of wear/damage due to past guests. Please note, that any wear to the car does not affect the functionality or safety of the car. Just be mindful of scratches, small stains, wear to the seats, etc. Please treat our car how you want your car to be treated. These are also our personal vehicles. Please note that if you use lotions, serums, etc, please be careful. The leather in this car is very nice but sensitive, and you can easily damage the leather, from lotion, serums, etc. IAH trips - We use a parking lot to drop our cars off for all airport rentals. You will have to take a shuttle to the lot. It does cost around $5-15 to get out of the lot. The pickup is contactless, so do not worry if your flight is early, or delayed. Tolls - Our BMW comes with a toll pass, which can be used on all toll roads in Texas. We may charge for tolls, depending on the total amount spent. Communication - We appreciate good communication. If you have any issues with the car, feel free to let us know. We are available almost all hours of the day. If your trip starts at 11 pm - 7 am, we might be available. All other times, we will be available. We prefer Turo messages or texts. Our numbers are below - Julie - 7135935396 Jackson - 7135945364 Gas - This car uses Premium gas only! We ask that you upload gas receipts, to ensure the correct gas is being used. You will be responsible for any damages done to the car if you use the incorrect gas type. Cancellation - We understand that plans change, and the car you want to rent may change as well. There is no charge for canceling a trip that is > 24 hours from the trip start time. Tracking - We use a GPS device for tracking the vehicle. We use this specifically to check when the car has been picked up and dropped off at the airport parking lot. If you take the tracking device out of the car, we may report the car as stolen. Accidents - If you happen to get into an accident, please contact us immediately, no questions asked.
