Pick up options: 1- Airport delivery 2- Search in Tempe, book the car and take Lyft or Uber to pick the car from my place. A great little car to cruise in style around town, perfect for commuting, running errands or a long term rental. Gas saver, 5 passenger capacity, plus it has large cargo space. AUX input, CD player. please fill the car up and stop by any car wash if needed before returning the car. when you fill up prior to drop off please drive through the gas station car wash or any nearby wash. This is a community vehicle and sometimes the next guest is IMMEDIATELY after your reservation. Please return in as close to identical condition as received.

This car gets you from point A to point B but that’s about it. I think it’s reliable for the most part, but considering I paid the same price for a different vehicle that was in much better shape I think this one is overpriced. Communication also could have been better as he was in a gated community and did not provide the gate code nor provide any instructions on whether he would be there to meet me or not.

You're booked a 2007 Toyota Yaris, which is 13 years old car. It's not perfect, but it's very reliable and there's no issues with it. Each market is different and you agreed on booking this car at the listed price so you can't really complain about that. If you really want I'm more luxurious car you'll have to pay more so at the end you get what you pay for.

I rented a 2007 Toyota Yaris from Fahad in Tempe, Az. It was okay in Tempe. But once I got to Flagstaff I realized the defroster was not working, the whole vent switch was not working, and driving in the car was like driving in a cloud (it was Dec 2019 - they had gotten a lot of snow, I had a 9 year old in the car, the roads were icy… the car was simply unsafe to drive as it was). I texted Fahad about this, to which he said that he had had problems like this with another vehicle, and that it was easily repaired, and he sent a link to a YouTube video explaining how to remove the inside paneling of the car to fix said problem. I removed the paneling - I could see where the panel clips had be removed before, and where a wire was used to try and "fix" the electronics. I called him and said "Yeah, it looks like someone’s already been in here", and he said "oh yeah, that was me" - so by "another" car having this issue he meant THIS vehicle having THIS issue! He walked me through the process of trying to rig the car as he had rigged it with the wire at an earlier time, but it did not work. At this point, 5 hours after being marooned I was done. I called Turo and they essentially said that if the car was rolling they were not responsible for helping to get it back to the owner or helping in anyway transfer it out for another vehicle (I had to drive it back or I’d be charged with the towing fee). I ended up having to rent another car (tip-top shape from a major car rental) and leave Fahad’s car in their parking lot to continue my trip, and then drive Fahad’s car back down to Tempe some days later. Never again! One of the worst transactions ever, I felt like I was dealing with scammers – I feel like both Turo and the owner of the vehicle were con artists.

The issue was solved in 5 minutes but you refused to listen to me or Turo. You took a small car with no snow tires or chains to Flagstaff ran into issues which is very normal if you didn't plan ahead.
