Loved the car! Misty was sweet and friendly. I really enjoyed the car. The car was received clean and the free car wash was very convenient. I would deff rent this car again.

The car was dirty upon arrival,I was asked to get it washed For free with the sticker in the window At the car wash. When I arrived I then found out the sticker was expired which was kind of inconvenient because the car wash was out of the way on my route.When I arrived at my Destiination I received a message saying that I had picked up the car too early and that I should give them an additional $30 for the day I received the car early and I paid an additional $30 upon arriving I honestly feel scam and if they charge me another $50 I’m going to call corporate! The car seems like it may have needed new brakes and had a funny smell. When I return the car they Asked me if I’d gotten the car washed again and I said no and I explained.Then upon the car inspection they decided to say that the car smelled like weed and they needed me to give them an additional $50 for cleaning fees.

El changed the pick up time twice and picked up the car a day early. I wasn’t even home. The car was clean when he picked it up and he returned it dirty and reeking of weed himself and the car was filthy. Read my other reviews please. This is not indicative of a normal response.
