When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that there is no damage. Dirt and bugs are fine, you don't have to wash the car unless it's covered in mud.

We're available all day 6am to 11pm. Weekends we are more flexible.
Can I pick up the car late evening, or overnight, or early morning?
Yes, with advanced notice so that we can have the car prepared for you.
What should I do if I need to drop off the car late?
Please give at least an hour advanced notice in case we need to inform another guest.

How do you handle deliveries?
The car will be delivered to your location. In some cases, I may need a ride back home if I do not have another ride available.
