Robert was so easy to work with on the vehicle. He always was quick to respond when I had a message about the car and was more than accommodating when I picked up the vehicle. The car was in excellent condition and was an awesome drive. Robert's Camaro was my first Turo experience and it was a solid 10/10.

Booking was set for 1 HOUR after booking was made. I was located 1.5 hours from the car. I committed to the trip and asked if the guest could push the time back enough for me to get there in time. Then guest asks if I could deliver the car to his location even though he booked for my free location, adding another 45 minutes. I accepted since he chose unlimited miles. Then he realizes how long it would be until I would arrive. He then chooses to cancel. Turo then places cancellation on me??

Received a NEW 2nd set of keys before this trip. Committed to the trip and took the 2nd set to the car only to find out the new set was NOT programmed. Didn’t think to bring the original set with me. And didn’t give myself enough time to correct this issue before the trip started, as the guest had an appointment to make. Gave the guest the option to wait or cancel. Guest was unable to wait for me to return with the correct set of keys. Therefore, trip was cancelled by me as it was my fault.
