Pickup didn’t go well they not only charged me an airport fee for dropping the car off at the airport. But also I had to pay to take the vehicle out of parking. They had left it there overnight so I was forced to pay the overnight fee to take it out of parking. Upon starting the car I noticed an extremely rough idle. The rough idle was due to a misfire. This misfire left my wife and I both stranded as the car would not start after we put gas in the car. The host was unable to provide us with a replacement vehicle and cared more about the safety of the over the safety of my wife and I at a gas station at 10pm. This ordeal has left us with a very sour experience. I would not recommend anyone rents this car until it is road worthy

Your safety is our primary concern, so our vehicles are routinely maintained. Sometimes the unexpected can occur. We promptly contacted TURO to arrange a refund & immediately arranged a prepaid Lyft for you both to your destination.
- Toyota service stated the vehicle simply needed a new battery. Nothing further
- Delivery fees are standard on airport delivery
- Tampa Intl parking charges a rate of $18/day (not overnight)
