This was my first experience renting through Turo so I did not know what to expect or the process. My best advice is to be sure to check both the app and your email while on your trip for any messages from your host both the day of departure and the day you return the car. I did not do this the last day of my quick trip as I was on vacation late Friday night through Monday, Labor Day. As a result, ended up with a $28 late fee for being 40 minutes late to return the car. I recommend booking the car up to the time your flight leaves as you do not know what traffic you may get into or delays you make experience in finding the lot, gassing the car or anything else. You do have the ability to extend your trip through the app which is good if you are aware of this. For any one who has a rental at PIE and are told you are parked in the KEYLIME ECONOMY LOT you may find this helpful. My host sent a email and text message the day before your actual trip. Our flight was late and arrived after dark. The host had uploaded pictures so I could see the car. The message did not tell how to exit the airport to get to the lot, so I asked for directions the information desk near baggage claim. . To catch the shuttle needed you exit baggage claim to the furthest west point of the building. The shuttle was easy to catch. I do not believe they shared what row the car was in, but shown pictures of the car. So it was easy to identify. I recommend if you are able to drop a pin on where to return the car to, it would be helpful. I was not able to do this as I did not know how on my android phone. The next am, I shared with TB Rentals that the car had an offensive smell. The host did not offer a replacement or apologize for the smell. Overall, The vehicle was very clean and drove well but the smell was offensive.

Excellent, would definitely recommend! Everything went smoothly, car was as described and was the perfect option for our 10 day trip. We found the whole process easy, even when extending our rental due to flight changes.

Very easy finding the vehicle. The car drives absolutely amazing & is great on mileage. Super friendly and helpful owners. Much much easier than going through a rental car company. Will definitely book again the next time I’m in Tampa.
