Mario was an absolutely wonderful host! When both my arrival and departure flights were changed he was quick to accommodate. Upon arrival he promptly helped load my family's (my three children and myself) luggage into the vehicle. I would reccomend Mario again and again.

I have some feedback 1) when paying $75 for a pickup and drop-off I should not have to use my time to drop you off or park your car. That amount should be enough to ensure a pickup at a specified time and drop-off at a specified time. Otherwise I can easily order an order to and from. 2) it's misleading that you charge $35 for the refuel when it only cost about $20 to fill the small tank 3) when renting a car anywhere else, as long as the car is clean on the inside the dirt caused by driving the car is not included. I feel disappointed that I spent an hour vacuuming the and wiping the car only to be charged a cleaning fee anyway

Hi Byron. Thanks for the review and sorry for your disapointing. At last hour you changed the pickup time even more sooner and i acomodate to your time without any problem. Since you rented i told you to go out of the airport and leave me in a safe place to get an Uber because at 6:00 am the person who help me with the deliveries can't be there with me and you said OK. The refuel service was requested by you. Is not mandatory. The wash fee is if the vehicle need to be washed after trip end Bless
